Dr. Michael Beres

Chiropractor

Dr. Beres is the founder and clinic director of Beres Chiropractic Center, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from The University of Georgia and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA.

Dr. Beres’ interest and belief in chiropractic was sparked while on UGA’s club wrestling team. He had always dealt with chronic back pain and felt that even at a young age it was just part of life. When over the counter pain medication seem to no longer help the pain, he decided to go visit a local chiropractor. After several visits to the chiropractor, Dr. Beres began to experience more that just pain relief but increased flexibility along with overall improvement in his health. He began to sleep better, headaches went away; even his seasonal allergies no longer seemed to be a problem. He believes in chiropractic because of his personal experience. Therefore, he desires to help others live pain-free without medicine and/or surgeries.

At Life University Dr. Beres was a member of the cycling team. With his athletic background and love for sports, he enjoys helping athletes of all types overcome sports injuries and improve their overall performance. He served as a volunteer team Chiropractor for Barnett Mill Middle School’s football team while in practice in Peachtree City, GA.

Dr. Beres comes to Columbus from Davis Chiropractic Center, Inc in Peachtree City, GA where he served as an independent Chiropractor. While there he participated in raising awareness and promote donations for Toys for Tots and Samaritan’s Purse food bank. He will work just as hard for local charities in the Columbus area.

Dr. Beres is a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association. He is a member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and has served on their Health Committee. Dr. Beres is a member of the Columbus Chapter of Young Professionals. He is an active member of River of Life Church in Hamilton GA, a Board Certified Chiropractor and is licensed in the state of Georgia. Dr. Beres has also helped raise over ten thousand dollars for local charities. Dr. Beres is the only Graston Certified provider in the Columbus area. He is also Board Certified in Physiotherapy and has been trained in Active Release Technique. He is also certified as a RockTape FMT 1&2 and RockDoc.

Dr. Beres was born and raised in Zebulon, GA. He is married to the former Michaele Mobley of Waverly Hall, GA.
