What to Expect
Here is what you can expect at your sweat session
- Before your Session
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your session. Drinking an electrolyte-replacing water or a sports drink is strongly recommended before and after use.
- What to Wear
Lightweight shorts and tee shirt are ok. Swimsuits are better. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session.
- After your Session
When you finish your sauna session, it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire. Enjoy a cold face towel located in the fridge or a complimentary bottled water. We recommend that you shower 30-60 minutes after your session to wash off the toxins released so your body does not absorb them back. Please note we do not have a shower facility.
